Chop finely the carrot, garlic and onion.
In a deep frying pan sauté the vegetables with Matarazzo's Extra Virgin Olive Oil until they get soft, then add the ground beef, spices, herbs and cook until browned.
Add the crushed tomato and water, and cook for 45 minutes, adding salt to taste.
When the sauce is almost ready, cook the Matarazzo's Spaghetti following the packaging instructions. Serve in a large bowl with the sauce.
Finish with chopped fresh parsley.
